The grid construction traps warmth in micro-pockets next to the skin while channeling moisture outward, so you don't bake on the climb and don't freeze on the descent.
Built for Active Layering. A soft brushed interior keeps the fabric next-to-skin comfortable, thumb loops on the long-sleeve pieces seal sleeves under a shell cuff, and built-in odor control means you can wear the same piece across back-to-back days in the backcountry without it turning on you.
