The Most Perfect All-Round Pant
I’ve been searching for the perfect pant and this is the closest I’ve come to finding it. The cut is smart enough for a business meeting but practical enough for hiking, cycling and physical work. The pant opening is just wide enough to wear with boots but with a clean, classic chino cut. The fabric is lightweight, animal hair falls right off, and it’s cool on hot days. If you live in a hot climate and can’t wear shorts to work these are perfect. The hem on the pant looks just like a chino and you can’t tell there’s a handy drawstring hidden in there. The cell phone pockets on the back of the thigh are great because you can carry stuff and still look very neat and tidy, without ugly bulges in the front pockets. The light fabric does seem to cause heavy items with swing around a bit too much in the pockets, so if you carry a pocket knife or wallet you’ll want those items to be as lightweight.as possible. These are great for the outdoors in a variable climate and dry very quickly if you need to cross a river or something. The khaki color is perfectly light so that it can be paired with almost any other color and is also good for spotting ticks if you’re venturing off trail. If I were to improve the pant I would: 1) move the front belt loops a bit closer to the front 2) add a secure closure to one of the cell phone pockets because even though the pockets are quite deep items can easily slip out during activities 3) make the front pockets half an inch narrower because if I put my cell phone in the front pocket it rotates into a landscape orientation which makes the ugliest bulge.

I purchased for my husband for up coming trip to Europe. He already had two pairs the shorts so it wasn't a much of a hard choice to get the pants. We got two pairs blue and grey. He loved them both.

These pants are the perfect travel companion. They are vey comfortable and work well on the trail as well as on the town. This is a repeat purchase for me. I find the 32 inseam to short for my 6 foot height and the 34 inseam a bit long. I prefer the longer one. Highly recommended.

Super lightweight yet surprisingly durable. They are extremely comfortable, and they fit and look nice. Not too tight, and not too skinny, but do not appear to be super baggy either. A perfect fit!

These really wear well, look good and can work under a sport coat if you’re in a pinch. I have 6 of these in various colors. When I purchased my last two, one of them fit just like the others I’ve had. The other was snug enough to bug me but not snug enough to return. Really high quality.
