Exactly as advertised and exactly what I wanted. I've already worn it in heavy rain and wind and it preformed as described. The rain beaded off it and I arrived home dry. Hung it up and was dry within a couple of hours. Highly recommend. I'm wearing into as I write this. Comfortable indoors and out.
