Pefect for most temperaturs. I use thin merino as baselayer and this as secondlayer. Shell is chosen according to temperature and wind. Keeps you warm when moist merino is almost odourfree and need not to be washed often.I am 6.1 /210 Perfect fit

Form fitting at the shoulders / chest. Im 5'10 230lbs. I selected a XXL. This was the rite size for me. Breathable yet there is a substantial amount of Merino to keep you warm on cool days (Mid weight). Very comfortable and seems to be well made for longterm durability. Very pleased !
